Breathe in. Now breathe out. That is all you have to do. The world is still going around and you are going to be fine. Transitions are hard. New things are hard. Losing someone is hard. But sooner or later, you get through the transitions, new things get to be familiar, and you learn to live with that sad, empty feeling that losing someone gives you. Things just seem horrible because you have a lot going on all at once right now and it is easy to get all stressed out and fired up over shoes and candy and things you can't control. Just control what you can and lean on your friends for what you can't. That is why we are here. ;)
