Ok, whoever designed my boot suffers from the same faults as whoever designs women's shoes, or writes children's stories.  THEY OBVIOUSLY never use there products.  Boots falling apart, and it's hell on my heel.   But it's good for my tendons, I guees.
In the end, it means I have to stop at more pubs for a beer and a chance to rest my feet. *sigh*

Sorry your foot is bothering you :( But at least it means you go to more Australian pubs and come up with interesting analogies.

Your trip sounds interesting so far. It must be interesting to travel around the country, even with a bad foot.

Yeah, I think that sleep train was probably the best train/traveling sleep I got too. Even with the aforementioned cold and multiple awakenings. Especially since it was so hot when we went to sleep- I remember sleepily handing my passport to the customs guys and not caring that we were all in our underwear (until I realized how fucking cold it had gotten)

Hope the next leg (no pun intended) of your trip goes well!
