Living in this polytheistic island I guess it's only natural that one should have notions of karma despite being Christian - the idea that things should come round and bite one worthy of it in the arse, the English concept of just desserts, and the Chinese cry of huo gai! is just too tempting a notion on certain occasions to dismiss the existence ( Read more... )

I can't quite tell you because it was built in a SimLim store. But I've just gotten it back (again!) and it seems to be working fine *cross fingers - half of the RAM chips have gone for servicing.

Before my iMac G5, mine was problematic too. It was also fixed from scratch. Motherboard crashed, harddisk died..the works.
Urg. That's crap :\

I sympathise... my computer has been acting up too. Maybe it's simply old age and not retribution.

aww so poor thing! I support your throwing-popcorn actions, though. absolutely. I have been contemplating bringing along a small pouch of pebbles whenever I go to the cinema, and throw the pebbles at asd;flkja;ldskfj inconsiderate people until they stop talking :) :)
