hey. yea, things are a little different from my pov, since this is the first time i've moved and i've still got so many ties to home.

as far as i'm concerned, if someone moves and i want to say in touch with them, it's up to me to make it happen because i'm not the one whose life got turned upside down. not to say i put in all the effort. and i hope i'm not too pushy. but yea. i guess for me, i haven't met every kind of person there is, so when i meet one i like i'm less willing to let go. i like to keep my options open.

anyway. i'd like to think we'll still be friends indefinitely, but life's complicated. failing that, i'd like to think we can always pick up where we leave off.
