I suppose the only objection I originally had was using the words "Ashly Simpson" and "Chicago" in the same sentence.
But I'll be honest... after that video clip, I can't hold a sound argument.

I heard the news about Laura Bell Bundy a few days ago (before it was announced) and just sort of shrugged. I can't say I'm big on her or the idea of the musical. Yet, I am glad it's debuting in San Francisco, and I love Jerry Mitchell. Hopefully I'll see/meet him at Opening Night. Something tells me the show will be very "bubblegum" with insane dance numbers, which I'm fine with. Sort of another "Wedding Singer."
