Im so tired. i started swimming again and i am painfully aware just how out of shape i am. And to add insult to injury, i decided today to swim when the swim team was there. oh well, at least im the fat dude doing something about his weight instead of the guy who knows where there is an all you can eat special for every night of the week.... well
