Oh boy (geddit?)
Another kind of daft NCIS season 9 episode. It had its moments, but it also had the most unintentionally hilarious moment I've seen lately. Ziva's slo-mo gunfight (where none of the bullets hit) set to "Silent Night"? Hysterical. In a bad way. Gibbs RSVPing for Tony to his family gatherings? Fanfic territory. McGee and DiNozzo's cookie interrogation techniques? I don't even know.
But there were moments I liked: Jimmy and Breena's little snuggle and the end. The mention of Wendy. Tony's "two different cups" metaphor. Gibbs's "are you fucking kidding me?" attitude when the Marine wants him to deliver the baby instead of Ziva. And a couple more little things that I've already forgotten. We're making progress on season 9.
