By this time, Cuthbert is ready.

...Well, he's finished dressing.

"Come in."

Alain sticks his head through the door, with a grin, and then steps in. He's dressed similarly to Cuthbert: dress slacks and well-made shirt, less formal than Gilead wedding-wear but still nicely tailored and suitable for a wedding here.

Alain gets the same nervous-but-happy smile everyone has today.
