It was a lot tougher than last time I left a job, because at this place they actually still like me and wouldn't have minded me staying around. I didn't love this job, but it didn't suck or anything. That's why I barely post these days...unlike the first couple months of this blog, which happened to also be the last couple months of my previous job.
When I changed jobs in 2004 I wrote "If I'm lucky, I won't feel the need to use this space to badmouth this company the way I did the last one." Given that I had no clue beforehand what I was getting into, I'd say it worked out alright. This time I know very well what I'm getting into, because I've found my dream job. So since I won't be complaining about work, and nobody ever read my spams anyway, this is probably my last post here (but I'll continue to read friends' posts, of course).
I leave you with the immortal words of Eric Cartman: "Follow your dreams. You can reach your goals, I'm living proof."
