I'm thinking about buying an XBox 360 next month once I get some money come in. There's a bundle deal for the Elite system that's better than anything else offered, so I'll probably get that

Soul Calibur has always been popular, especially if you have roommates. The new Soul Calibur IV is a lot of fun, it has all the fun of fighting games with the min/max of hack and slashers! Also Street Fighter IV was really awesome, the only problem is after ten years they still can't figure out how to make an AI balanced. Zhangiff will do his atomic slam at the drop of a hat.

Also, if you were ever into Magic The Gathering I can't recommend Culdacept Saga enough. It's a port from a classic Xbox game. The story is absolutely wretched but the game play, especially multiplayer is a blast. Think of it as the love child between Magic the Gathering and Monopoly. Best part is you don't need to buy boosters.

Get Fallout.

Fallout is an FPS game. Halo 3 is an FPS game that I get for free with the system. I don't want to start with more than one FPS game. I don't like them that much.

It's an FPS role-playing game. I've already got other RPGs on the list, and I get Halo 3 for free to satisfy my want for FPS.
