In musebox land, there seems to be something a little off. You wake up wherever you went to sleep the night before, but something feels... different. You shake yourself awake, and open your eyes, and are met by sunlight

[Suu looks, and looks, and keeps looking. For a moment she seems to shudder in surprise, or fear.

She has absolutely no idea what kind of place this is. Emptiness, she can deal with. A desert island? Far more fearful.]

[Ran suddenly appears, a little out of breath. For some reason, he seemed to hear someone shouting... maybe within his head, along the lines of 'help me'. It takes him a couple of seconds to spot Suu. And that she's shaking. So he takes no further time and is stood alongside her.]

Suu. It's all right.

[beyourhappiness]

[she doesn't look at him, but continues to tremble, a fraction.]

Ran.... where are we? I just don't know-- and I-- it feels threatening, omnious...

.... you haven't seen one before?

[He places a hand on her opposing shoulder, in the hopes to stop her shaking. It's making him all the more worried.] I think... it's a desert island. With trees, the sea, and a cave. But it goes on for a long way.

Why is it omnious?

[The 'awake' criteria doesn't seem to apply to Teddie - he wanders, straight down to the beach, and suddenly jolts awake when he hits the water's edge. He looks down in surprise.]

Water! Swirling around my toes! [he chuckles.] Heheh, that tickles!

[Naminé is also on the beach, stood just behind Teddie.]

What are you doing, Teddie?

Naminé-chan! [he smiles, though is still chuckling about the water.] I'm letting the water swirl around my toes! It's refreshing! Heheh.

Though was their water here before......?

It seems rather cold, but it does seem fun.

No. [she frowns, and looks thoughtful.] It was mostly empty before... and there weren't any trees, or a cave, or the water...

[This is Alex, and she is not happy. No, she is defiantely not happy. Definately not happy.]

[a girl is walking along the beach as if she doesn't have a care in the world. occasionally she bends down at the shore to pick up a shell and put it in her pocket -- until she almost bumps into Alex.]

Oh! I'm sorry!

[she looks over at Xion, and halfheartedly smiles, a bit.] It's fine. You didn't bump into me.

[she mumbles the next part to herself.] Beach, people. Beach, people... c'mon, Alex, how does this even relate to your subconscious?

[Xion blinks, having no idea what she's mumbling about.]

Um, guys...? Where did you all go?

[There is a Hope. A very lost, very confused Hope. If this is a dream, now would be a really good time to wake up.

He rubs his nose, feeling like he's getting sunburn already. Him and beaches don't really agree. Okay, so this is a realistic dream.]

...And where am I?

[Jenny, though perhaps she should be slightly worring for her own wealfare, disregards it when she spots Hope, walking over him and keeping to the edge of the trees, in the shade.]

You're an unfamiliar face. [she smiles.] Are you all right?

[Hope looks around in surprise, having not noticed her in the shade. Is she talking to him?]

Um...

[timetorunagain]

New, huh? [she smiles again.] It's all right, I don't bite.

[for some reason, Ten is halfway up a tree.

Well, it actually makes sense. Strange, huge place, suddenly happens overnight, lots of things that he can smell and hear as well as see-- what better place to see it all than from the top of a tree? Nowhere.]

[Lightning's old Guardian Corps senses are tingling. surely there must be WRONGDOING AFOOT.

she frowns up at him, hand on hip. she's too well drilled to ignore suspicious activity, even if it's not her job any more, and least of all here.]

[he looks down at her, clutching the bark like a monkey. A very skilled monkey, since he manages to keep his grip.]

I thought that would be fairly obvious. I'm climbing.

[he turns back to the tree, clims a couple more inches, but then stops, and adds,]

Well, actually, trying to get to the top to see where we are. It's the best place to look from- somewhere high.
