Okay, so Chinese soap opera dramas are corny and almost (maybe?) worse than American ones. Makes me laugh at the ridiculousness of them.

hong kong is also very hot... And humid. Hot and humid.

Btw what are you all watching lately? I just realized that in all probability I'm watching shows on my own XD

I remember actually watching those soap operas in China. I couldn't understand a single word of it, but I loved it, nonetheless. :D I laughed the whole way through.

Yeah, you really don't need to understand a word of it to enjoy watching them, or to understand the plot line sometimes XD my grandparents' tv has pretty much to settings to it: soap operas or news so I'm basically listening to it every night XD the overly dramatic acting and music are hilarious :D

BTW I noticed you've been watching (and writing!) Supernatural which I find extremely awesome. I only know one other person on my flist who watches it so I'm always gleeful to find another Supernatural fan. Have you finished watching season 4? I think 5 starts next week.

I've finished watching seasons 3 and 4 but not 1 and 2. Doesn't really make sense, does it? And yep! Next Thursday. *bounces*

I skipped around a lot when watching the first 3 seasons XD I'd go to wikipedia pick episodes to watch, so I've never seen seasons 1-3 in anything remotely resembling chronological order.

I also watched them at night on my lap top. Not the smartest idea I've ever had! I've had odd dreams about involving zombies, salt and burn, and devil's traps since I started watching XD

'Ello. What did you do in Hong Kong?

I'm about to watch House MD (new season starting up soon whoopee) and am currently watching America's Got Talent. I finished Star Trek The Original Series and am watching Star Trek The Next Generation and Star Trek Voyager. I've watched a bit of Warehouse 13, too, but the two main characters aren't my style (I like the other characters, though).

I've been shopping in Hong Kong because that's about all there is to do (I'm serious, they have malls everywhere). Also the clothing here fits me better cause they're actually cut for my size so I won't have to crop any of the jeans I buy here XD
