If you want to find out which countries have blocked the video, go to your video manager, then click "uploads". Next to your video should be a link that says "Video blocked in some countries". Click on it, and it'll give you a list of those countries. I'm pretty sure that EMI is more stringent about the copyright law than other labels, because the Syd Barrett radio show only countains Pink Floyd material, and is blocked in pretty much every country of the world, whereas the Roger Waters show contains Roger's favourite songs, none of which are on EMI, and so is only blocked in Germany.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I didn't completely believe it was Roger anyway. I had a Facebook, er, "friend" whom I had to block recently. He told me that his suicide attempt video (!!!!) was taken down because it had "Comfortably Numb" playing in the background. I decided not to mention that it was probably because the video itself had him slicing his arm veins open with a box cutter, and the song could have been "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and it still would have been deleted.

Roger has said that he's got a kick out of watching old videos of the Floyd on Youtube, and he's an advocate of bootletting, so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have a problem with someone using his work in an artistic, non-commercial way.
