Are fat chicks the new black?

I swear, every time I see a hot guy shopping, he's with his girlfriend who is at least double his size. I've counted like 8 ridiculously disproportionate couples in the the past week. I don't get it.

For me its the complete reverse of what you just said. Ugly/fat dudes end up with the hot chicks lately.

Hot girls with ugly guys isn't anything new though, girls usually put less focus on looks so it's more common for a girl to not care how her boyfriend looks. With guys, appearance is usually a big issue. I just don't get it. All these hot hot dudes, and their girlfriends are a couple hundred pounds. What the fuck? Does this mean I can stop worrying and just eat tubes of cookie dough all the time?
