"Perhaps, but rest assured, you can be guaranteed I have no quarrel with you, nor do I have any intent to claim your city for myself." I noted, a patient tone evident in my voice-for once.
"My reasons for being in Keystone are short, but simple-I plan to target a few heroes that don't belong."
If he was actually staring at the mask covering my entire face, Cold would actually see something of a smirk across it.
"You call it 'cleaning inventory,' whereas I call it 'taking care of loose ends.'" I watched him take his leap and approach me.
"Flash is a gloryhog-news of any other hero here besides him would most certainly get him splashed across the front page. And, believe me when I say that Flash is no Batman; he actually accepts other heroes in this town.
My one eye narrowed at hearing Cold's question.
"On the contrary, Captain-you don't miss someone until they're actually dead. The first one on my list who doesn't belong is someone rather close to the Flash, if my files are up-to-date on what he's been up to."
"No kidding. Keeps us busy, I can tell you that much. Not that we don't mind getting a chance to go up against the out of towners, we've got our local priorities to consider first."
Now things were getting interesting. Cold gave him a rather sadistic smirk. that was one thing he liked about Deathstroke: His inytellect.
It was always so hard to find worthy people to talk to in town.
"Hmm. Do you feel like sharing? I'm curious as to whom you're going after.
"Maybe I'd be able to help you out in that retrospect."

He grunted. "Cleaning inventory then, I take it?" With a bounding Leap, Cold stepped down from his perch and approached the man.
"GOOD. I still can't figure out why we're suddenly getting every damned hero that doesn't belong here. Good to know the exterminator has arrived.
"So you mean to tell me you miss your annoyances?"
