Friendly
Friendly is a good word to describe Sora, as he has a tendency to approach new people and strike up a conversation with them, whether they want to or not. His smile and kind words also means that he is an easily approachable person that, when befriended, will be always there for you through thick and thin. Despite all that friendliness though, there is one thing Sora is not that good at and that is making good jokes that'll get everyone laughing, however, he does have a talent on making funny faces, as evidenced by some canon events.
Helpful & Protective
Having so many friends like that, of course Sora's going to do his best so all of them doesn't suffer from any kinds of problems, be it psychological or physical. This means that he's willing to do the beating up in case one of his friend gets beaten up by their enemies or bullies. Not only that, he is also willing to help his friends through their own problems, and in fact, this is his defining traits in most of the worlds he went to. This trait of Sora is also important, because it means that Sora won't misuse his powers to harm others.
Competitive
Another important thing to know about Sora is that he likes to compete in any kinds of competition that he can attend, which are mostly things close to sport and sparring. Like any other teen in his age, he will always do his best in any kinds of situation, because after all, winning isn't everything, but doing your best is in any kinds of competition is.
Impulsive
This is both Sora's strength and weakness. While Sora is able to keep his personality in check, he would immediately lose it if he sees one of his friends being harmed, or worse, kidnapped. This fact of personality means that of course, that Sora can get angry despite his generally carefree and smiling attitude.
Selfless
Another strength and flaw of Sora is that he cares about other people more rather than himself, which is shown in a number of occasions. One of the most memorable one, is when he decided to sacrifice his own heart in order to free Kairi's due to her heart apparently residing within him. From that example alone, you can see that Sora will go to all lengths just to save his friends from a gruesome fate, even if it means that he has to swallow his pride or sacrificing the whole of his life.
