First Sick Day

I'm home sick today. I'm not hugely sick, but since I spent last year never turning down work and turning up when I wasn't well partially to give a good impression, partly to make sure I kept up the work and partly becasuse I was the fall back person I decided that spending almost every weekend in bed and unwell was Not Fun and I Do Not Like

Hopefully, they didn't do much to the substitute or your classroom. Here's hoping the children will appreciate that you came back well and healthy on Monday. It's good that you're taking care of yourself.
