I dont agree with tipping togo orders. They dont do shit. I was a to-go person and not once did getting a tip cross my mind.

The cooks dont diserve tips? Phahhaaha. If you think servers have it bad, multiply it by 30 and then add hot grills friers knives and slippery floors.

Well, sometimes I do and sometimes I don't depending.
Some places have a hostess who has to do cash register and togo... and they're making regular pay so they really shouldn't make tips, but in my restaurant sometimes the waitresses have to get to go's and it's a big hassell and a waste of my time when that happens. Especially when I'm busy... And then it takes time away from my tipping customers, but I don't GET anything for it.
Especially since at our restaurant servers have to make their own salads and expidite their own orders... unless it's a weekend.

if you hate working at the townhouse so much then you should just quit. because everytime i see you or look at your lj, you are stressed out or pissed off about the restaurant. you shouldn't work somewhere that makes you completely unhappy. i'm just looking out for you. and i'm also glad i made the right decision to stay as far away from the restaurant as possible. love you :)

I don't hate working at the Townhouse.. I have no idea where you got that idea from. It's stressful having to work all the time, but who doesn't have to work? And it's hard getting up early but it's GREAT money and I would never quit. I make more at the Townhouse than I would working pracitcally anywhere else... Unless I went to another restaurant, and I wouldn't want to do that at all!!
Yeah, the restaurant isn't for everyone... but you don't really need the money anyway, so what does it matter if you work or not.

Anyway, thanks for worrying about me. I usually just stressed because people try my patience and I don't get enough sleep... but most of the time I don't actually hate the Townhouse.
