Jessica banged desperately against the wall but it was too solid, too thick. She leaned against it, shoulders trembling and mascara running down her face messily. If she closed her eyes, she could almost feel Jinki leaning back.

Unlike many journeys, theirs starts when they're 18, and Woohyun's birthday present gets delivered in his house instead of getting picked up at Professor Mithra's lab.

this one is cheating a bit and adapting a scene kinda. o well.
"So you're sure you're really marrying this one?" Fei asked, running a hand along the padlocks attached to the railing as they walked by it. "What makes him different from the last three men?"
Min laughed. "I haven't been able to find anything wrong with him yet."
Fei paused and watched Min curiously. That had been the last answer she expected to hear from her friend. "Why are you trying to?"
Min didn't reply, only looked a little bewildered.
"Do you love him?" Fei pressed, watching Min closely. She wasn't sure why this mattered so much to her, but it did.
Min tilted her head, leaning against the railing and fiddling with a padlock. After a moment, she said thoughtfully, "There are things I love about him."
