"You say that now," Dongwoon retorts. Honestly though, Kibum is busy. He's in Japan so often that Dongwoon doesn't know when he's here and when he's not. Somehow he feels he may have been better suited saying 'be careful what you wish for'.
"Shut up fool, I'm cooking for you aren't I?" Kibum snaps. He beats the mixture with agitated vigour, and Dongwoon bites back his snort when droplets catapult onto the counter. "I heard that. Are you getting barbarian lessons from Cheolyong or something."
Dongwoon laughs; he knows better than to pity Kibum's schedule. Pity isn't something Kibum wants no matter how little sleep he's getting - he wouldn't appreciate it. Dongwoon's not sure if Kibum remembers telling him that, his voice husky with sleep even through the phone.
So they're in the kitchen at two in the morning, making Dongwoon pancakes, because Kibum is 'sick of this shit, you whine so much'.
