Thats sad but maybe in the future some other neighboor around you will get a cat or another animal, and it will be the neighborhhod animal. Thats what hapenned to me with the siamese cat. I alwyas thogut it was a stray cat, but then it turneed out having a home. They Lived like 5 houses down form mine.
