But that's what I'm hoping for - that it will become something that is habitual, and that on some level I look forward to, or at least have mentally blocked out as "my time". To date, it's mostly been something I do 'cause I have to. The whole rush of feeling energized, sleeping better, feeling more alert & fit, etc. - has never happened....
