Okay so I haven't written an entry about a hockey game in a while but wow that was a great game. It was so hyped up being us versus Ottawa and it turned out so good. There was a bunch of penalties, but it wasn't so bad, and there were no fights. Lots of good hockey. Markus scored 1:07 into the game on our first power play. Yay Markus! Dominik Hasek is usually really great in shootout..what happened?

Well he was pretty good, he only let in Todd's shot before we went into a sudden death shootout. Daniel just took a nice shot.
Honestly, I was freaking out, it made me so nervous.

Shootouts make me so nervous too. Have you seen the goal that Malik of the Rangers scored one time when there were 30 players going in the shootout?

Do you know if there will be shootout in playoffs or just those long long long overtimes? I'm hoping for the overtimes. I mean I love shootouts but I think it would suck in playoffs..just to have such sudden death.

Yeah, I saw that goal it was really nice and we were all surprised that Malik scored it. He used to be a Canuck for a while.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be long overtimes in the playoffs. I wouldn't want shootouts in the playoffs, none of the players want a shootout either, so I don't think the league is gonna do it.
