Ok so im new to this whole thing so if this post sucks give me a break yours aren’t much better. Its 3am on Saturday morning and this has to be the first Friday I haven’t drank in I don’t know how long. I'm so proud of you for taking on the drinking plan that I had to succumb to in order to make it through this school year. It takes much will power to overcome the need to relieve one's stress without your drug of choice while at the same time viewing your peers acting like complete morons while under the influence of a favorite pastime. Waking up feeling unshittily is one of the benefits of reduction, but older, wiser folks tell me that there are more. I still am not sure if I believe them. Help me find the light.

kg, i'm definitely proud that your trying to cut back. i think more people should try your idea. i think that everyone thinks thats all there is to do anymore. especially someone that i hold close to my heart. too many people look at drinking as a way out and it lands them on the wrong path. try not to work out too much though b/c i already think your a total babe! kiss kiss
