It looks like Terri O'Connell's book Dangerous Curves isn't out yet, but you can find a bazillion interviews with her on the internet.

Uh, has nobody said "Stone Butch Blues" yet because it's just so frickin' obvious? I can't think of any others that haven't been mentioned, but it's a venerable classic. You probably already thought of it though. :)
