Once upon a time, there was a girl. She lived in a town where the sun never set and it was stuck in between dawn and dusk.
She sat on the Clocktower when she felt like watching the sun attempt to go down.
Once upon a time, there was a boy. He liked to pick fights with the older kids when he knew that he wasn't going to win and he never did win anyway.
He sat on the Clocktower one morning and shared ice cream with the girl. He picked fights less than usual.
Once upon a time, there was a boy. He liked to photograph any and everything he saw that was interesting and seemingly unique enough to capture in film.
He sat on the Clocktower one afternoon and shot the tired sun. He took pictures of the three of them before showing them The Usual Spot. They loved it there just as much as the Clocktower.
Once upon a time, there was a nobody. He couldn't remember his past and he couldn't feel the emotions that he constantly saw the three friends portraying.
He sat on the Clocktower when his missions were done and he wondered what it felt like to feel. He watched the train go by alone. He never felt whole, even as he mimicked the three friends' actions. He took his leave and the sun stayed put.
Once upon a time, there was a beginning.
