Honestly, I can't even recall whether I ordered it or whether I was given a sip by someone else. It's evidently clear and fizzy, and I seem to be enjoying it so it should either be sweet or spicy rather than bitter, tart or sour...

I think this is reason enough to head back there next year and try EVERYTHING until I determine experimentally what it was.
