I've never been away in another country long enough to experience this. My job isn't really the travelling kind (librarian) & I've only moved around within Sweden during my 6 years at University. After that it was a job & well, I'm stuck? It's not as if I don't like my job, or my house that is a constant renovation project but I wish I'd made time to live in another country before full-time job (I don't want to loose cause full-time jobs don't grow on trees right now, temp otoh..) & house loans. I try to travel when I can afford it tho, mostly cities in Europe so far... Me & sun tend to avoid each other. But I love listening to other people talk about their countries & experiences & right now with so many refugees coming into our small town the library is a good place to meet people from all over the world :)
I spoke to this one guy last week about driving licences & traffic regulations in Sweden compared to Afghanistan. It was interesting to say the least :D
