This article is really good to read for all those who have worked in retail or any type of customer service industry and have, had customers just be down right rude to you just cuz you're only trying to do your job and follow company policies.

In my years I've worked in a bookstore, a gas station, and in a hair salon (I'm trying to get my license back as we speak.) I with you on most of this. It was probably the worst at the hair salon. Not only stupid and rude, but you had to listen to them for more than an hour sometimes. Ahhhhhhhh!

Yeh. My retail horror stories can make up a book bigger then the last Harry Potter book...heh. Most of my stories are of customers who have worn a garment, have it stinking of cigarettes or perfume or YES even BO and then try to return it saying "I've changed my mind" or "I'm not satisfied with this and I'd like to return it now ( ... )
