You cannot imagine how unbelievably PISSED OFF I am. I take a day off school which I actually prefer not to do to take a bloody driving test. So the guy is supposed to come at 10:00 and I take an hour of driving and then to the DMV. It's 10:30 and I just got a call from my mom saying that the guy is running late and won't be making it today. Thank
