Am i deranged?

For some reason for the past year, i seem to have these visions of getting maimed. Everytime i cross the street i think about getting hit by a car, struggling to live, the ambulance, wanting to be awake for the surgery so i can see the inner workings of my own body, and teh subsequent being paralyzed for the rest of my life. At work i think of

ya i heard it a month ago. it's alright, i mean it's cool that otto von schirach and stuff helped make the album, but it's nothing special to me :S
