Today has been a day of crap (actually the last few weeks haven't been so great).  Got to the hospital at 9 this morning for Dad's endoscopy (he's severely aneamic and has lost a load of weight) and 2 and a half hours later got the news that he's got a massive stomach ulcer that he is 99% sure is cancerous

I am in london 14/15th july. If you don't mind my friend tagging along (she's my ride, a friend from school) then I would like to take you out for tea and cake. Or lunch. I think you deserve it.

I'm just trying to get some details out of my friend so I can work out details.

Is that all it's been? It feels like much longer than that.

After tomorrow's 3 hour scan, Dad's next hospital appointment isn't until the 18th so either day will work for me.
