I just found out I'm going to California for 2-3 months, starting on Tuesday. I have to cancel all of my plans and pack like a mad man and buy some books to read and get everything in order and setup my job situation and make sure I still have a job to come back to in 3 months, and bone up on Cray's and Linux and NASA procedures. We can figure out what you want to do in light of you leaving abruptly and we will have already moved before you get back. I'm sure all of this is pretty low on your priorities but I want to make sure all is taken care of.

Why are you going to CA? I assume it's not work if you had to make sure you'd have a job when you got back to NJ.

And wow, CA! I've never been, but TP really enjoyed his trip to San Diego, and a friend from San Francisco is happiest when she's in San Francisco.
