I'm so sore!!!! >. My scene was touring yesterday, and my friend Sonja rolled her ankle at the end of the scene. And she was crying and in pain and couldn't move it. Well the best way to overcome soreness is to get out there and do more excercise to keep those muscles fluid. So... go pick her up again and carry her around the school a bit. ;-)

Or a nice relaxing bath. lol
