Mega crisis!

Whoa, what am I going to do?! It seems like I'm getting kicked out of where I live! The guy that owns the house sent me a message saying they're selling the house, and from June 1st, I can't live there anymore! This came as a huge shock to me, because last time I talked to him about this, he said I could stay there till the end of the school year.
