Cigna strikes again

You know how I keep ranting about this awful new insurance my company got?  Well, they've struck again.  This time they are going after my coworker.  He was admitted to the hospital for observation after a suspected cardiac event of some sort (not a heart attack, but something serious along those line).  Cigna is claiming he still owes the co-pay

Yep, it seems as if you have to fight them to get them to pay. They should have that as their official policy :(
