This time it was my own dumb fault. I brushed my teeth with tap water Thursday night instead of the safe bottled water. Derp. I know better. Thought I had escaped unscathed, but nope, that spaced out moment cost me. I just worked from home with a bucket and within a few feet of the bathroom.

I am 1 year and 3 months since my last IGG infusion. I am holding my own and doing far better than I was 5 years ago. The new treatment plan is working, but I still have less immune system than most people. I am on the far left of that bell curve. Add to that a small child who goes to school and brings home every germ under the sun... Miracle I'm not sick MORE. I spend a great deal of effort making sure I do not get sick. It's just the hand I got dealt. Stupid genes.

The wonderful part about vomit and diarrhea is that when its all over, you tend to feel cleansed out and a few pounds lighter. I wish I could voluntary induce the stomach flu sometimes. Vomiting isnt all that horrible that people make it out to be. Ha.
