Hey all, what's up?  Not too much here, just a whole lot of nothing.  LOL.  I miss livejournal!  I miss my livejournal people!  I miss my livejournal addiction, I miss my shows, I miss my writing, I miss ALL OF IT.

Fandom Check!

It seems like the majority of my shows have either gone off the air or might as well be.  Grey's Anatomy might as well be ( Read more... )

Hi! *waves* I haven't been posting much either (...not that I ever did). Just lurking and sometimes commenting (or comment-fic'ing). Anyway...

Did you know the pilot ep of Go On is free on iTunes right now? And yeah, I'm almost positive Castle is coming back. I liked Once Upon a Time, but then school got really busy, and it didn't make the cut. I keep hearing good things though... gonna have to catch up one of these days.

My current fave is Breaking Bad on AMC. Just watched the pilot a few months ago and have fallen head-over-heels. Seriously awesome show.

Also, definitely looking forward to Doctor Who coming back this fall, and The Vampire Diaries. White Collar and Burn Notice are still good. Oh, and Sherlock. Whenever it comes back. And Teen Wolf is better than a show about a teenage werewolf on MTV should realistically be. I think that's about it.

I've seen commercials for Breaking Bad and it looks really good. I also need to catch Sons of Anarchy, but feel like i need to see it from ep 1.

I'll have to see if Go On is stil free at this point, since I waited a week to comment back, lol.

DOCTOR WHOOOOOOOO. Sherlock, mmmmm. Do we know if Sherlock is coming back? Considering how the last series ended?

Only ever seen the first ep of SoA, but yeah, if you're interested in Breaking Bad it DEFINITELY falls under the "see from ep 1" category. If you happen to have Netflix, the whole series (except for the currently airing season, of course) is streaming.

And I sure hope Sherlock is coming back. I haven't kept up with news on it, but Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman both went off to film The Hobbit (don't know at what point they are with that) and on top of that Moffatt's busy with Doctor Who, too. So, who knows?

Also, can't believe I forgot about Game of Thrones. Out of sight out of mind, maybe? It's really, really good, though.

Hi!
For me it's Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Luther (Idris Elba OMG!) and Vampire Diaries not even ashamed of that, it's good. I still watch Criminal Minds but nobody cares about that. Also Grimm.

Now of all the things I've mentioned I'm thinking you'll like Luther and Sherlock for sure. Game of Thrones maybe I mean Jason Momoa, right? Vampire diaries is actually good. Don't know how it ended up on the CW, at this point it's more coherent than True Blood.

I don't rememnber where I was introduced to Idris Elba but he is absolutely enthralling, and I ikeep meaning to catch Luthor specifically for him... but again i feel like i need to go back and see it from the beginning, and with megaupload going down it's hart to catch up on shows these days.

I'm already enamored with Sherlock of course. Mmm. So good.

I might have to give Game of Thrones a chance just to support Momoa. We'll see, lol.

Yeah Luther does need to be watched from the start. If I find a source I'll hook you up. Idris is so so good. Game of Thrones is only 10 eps a season so it's sort of an easy catch up. I do have most of the first season so if you want that let me know. I think Luther has 12 eps.

Castle is starting it's fifth season this year, and I'll definitely be watching it. Other shows I'm watching (and excited about, because some are really just out of habit) pretty much just include Grimm and Teen Wolf (though, I've just started watching Bones from the beginning, am in season three and love it to pieces).

I'm going to give Go On a try and Revolution as well -- even if the science seems beyond shaky. My sister has piqued my interest in a few USA-style shows. namely Perception and Common Law. But that's pretty much it for me, beyond The Middle, Modern Family and Raising Hope, but they're all sitcoms that are starting to feel a little tired (The Middle is probably the best of the bunch).
