So...because I am made of such epic fail, I did not realize the challenges had been shortened to one week (for some reason, I was under the impression they would last two). BUT since I had an idea for the second challenge, I shall be writing it up anyways, because wasting short ideas...is a waste.
Title: Living In Denial
Rating: PG13
Word Count: 172
Pairing: 8059
Challenge: Uniforms
Tsuna was good at the whole denial thing. He had long since learned it made this whole mafia business easier to cope with.
And despite it taking him a while to realize, he had eventually figured out that applying denial to other aspects of his life made things stress-free as well.
Such as how Lambo had managed to follow them on their field trip unnoticed. Or why it was Gokudera who dived in after the five year old when he fell off the ferry into the lake below after pointlessly announcing his presence, insisting everyone on the boat was his hostage unless they gave him candy.
But the strength of Tsuna's denial was truly put to the test when he noticed the sharp gleam that entered Yamamoto's eyes when staring at Gokudera's soaked - and now every much see through - school uniform.
It took him a good three days for Tsuna to convince himself that Yamamoto was simply checking to make sure all the buttons on Gokudera's shirt were still there.

And now on to this week's actual challenge!
Title: Where There's A Will There's A Way
Rating: G
Word Count: 200
Pairing: Lambo/cookies
Challenge: Out of Reach
Lambo stared up at the jar of cookies that Tsuna's mom had placed on the top of the refrigerator. She may have believed she was being clever, putting them so high up out of his reach, but nothing was impossible for Lambo-san!
Turning, he raced up to Tsuna's room and began a series of complicated moves that involved him not setting off the numerous traps that Reborn had set up around his claimed corner. After three hours (and a nap), Lambo was finally in. Taking a moment to laugh and gloat loudly to no one, he padded over to Reborn's trunk of weapons, set on borrowing his grappling gun to get those cookies.
Quietly singing his song of victory to himself, Lambo unlatched both clasps, only to hear a quiet ticking seconds before he was thrown out of the room by an enormous blast.
Poop. He had forgotten about that last booby trap.
Large tears welling in his eyes, he ran to the laundry room where Tsuna's mother was, blubbering out his tales of woe, stopping instantly as she led him to the kitchen and took down the jar of cookies.
Yes, no task was impossible for the Great Lambo-san.
