And the numbers are cause of the way their names are written in jap (:
'hi' would be 1 in either kanji/katakana(i'm not too sure), and 'ba' would be 8. thus giving hibari the no. '18' :D

tsu is 2, na is 7? i not sure bout the 7. if you realise, rokudo and dokuro are inverted, so mukuro is 69 and chrome is 96 :D.
