Too much chrome for me personally on the second bike.

The first bike is sexier looking, no doubt... but the plastic that makes it look sexy is a transient thing. Chrome and leather looks badass no matter what goes down. Other than that, I say go with whichever one has better handling. That makes the difference between some jackass driver swiping you off the road by accident and living.
