I'm going to try a new recipe this week - Thai chicken. The secret ingrediant? Peanut butter. I'll let you know how it goes.

In speech class, we were forced to watch Rachel Ray make Thai stir fry and salad with a spicy peanut dressing. I actually really enjoyed it! Let me know how it turns out!

This dressing is a little spicy too I think (it has chili powder in it), but I may tone it down... Ben and I aren't big fans of HOT.

Good, actually. A lot of people thought she was annoying, but I would rather watch her than someone boring!
