It sounds like you're keeping busy as usual. Thank you for posting the photos of the garden. What is a grow sack?

Grow Sack khromat June 6 2011, 02:54:58 UTC
Based off an idea gardeners in England have been doing, Gardener's Supply Company has made different sized polyethylene-fabric bags to grow different kinds of vegetables without the need of a plot of soil. The fabric 'air trims' the roots, and the different sizes allow the different root-depths of various plants.

Details can be found on their website: http://www.gardeners.com

When it's all assembled, there will be 63 spaces for spices.... so it won't hold my entire collection but will put a good dent in it. :)

How does my garden grow? khromat June 6 2011, 03:02:55 UTC
We have a ton of stuff growing.... not including the tomatoes growing on the side of the house (those are Bennie and Orrin's plots), I've got the following:

6 varieties of sweet peppers
2 varieties of corn
4 varieties of lettuce
2 varieties of spinach
2 varieties of broccoli
2 varieties of basil
3 varieties of peas
2 varieties of beans
4 varieties of melons
2 varieties of summer squash
3 varieties of onions
10 varieties of tomatoes
2 varieties of potatoes

1 artichoke
1 purple cauliflower
4 raspberry bushes

That's not including the fruit trees that were already here: 2 pears, 2 cherries, 1 naval orange, 1 lime, 1 pomegranate, and several peach trees.
