it's pretty much awesome. for a couple of days i didn't really know anyone, but it was all good 'cause my room/suite mates are really cool dudes & so i just hung with them a lot... Then i met some music tech kids, heard their awesome musiic, and started hanging with them... Last night I went to a pretty typical party which wasn't nearly as neat as a wall but was pretty fun. As for classes, i'm taking classes from the most amazing people (i.e. http://music.calarts.edu/~met/ & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Tenney (james tenney was in last month's "Wire" Music Magazine!)) & also am taking classes in Gamelan & Composition!

awesome. i expected the article to end, he now teaches matt hettich. hey hey, i saw that funny thing you left in the (s)mac lab and i thought "who wrote this?" even if it was quite obviously yours. I think it was all the talk about "ladies" and matt (s)melsen.

my goodness... calArts is pretty rockin... i haven't really met that many ladies though. that's o.k... it will happen soon...

the kids in my program are awesome.

the teachers in my program are awesome.

the food is awesome.

i miss you guys though.
