Hey! I'm still getting the hang of this LJ stuff and I just want to let y'all know that I HAVE REPLIED to some of your posts. PROBLEM BEING I AM OFTEN A DAY OR TWO (or more) LATE. :(

Do ppl ever check back on their older posts for any new replies, or should I just figure the moment has passed and move on?

Sometimes I go back to old posts. Most of the time I rely on comment emails to know when I get comments.

As Lacylaces said, I sometimes check old posts but for the most part, I rely on email notification. I think thats true for most. ;)

I think it's the unwritten law that replies for up to a week are AOK. Anything more needs to be related to "current events" in some way. :) Don't worry!

Oh, OK. I don't think I ever posted a reply as much as a week later. lol

But as far as email notifications, I didn't know it was common to use them. I don't. I usually click on "View Most Recent Comments" at the top of the page (but it only gives you the 10 most recent, unless you're a paid account. (those 10 could all be from one single post, for some ppl, and I may have replied to one that was several posts back. :\
