Do you know that there is a war in Israel? Almost every day the terrorists they carry bombs under their clothes. The police try to catch the people that carry the bombs before they explode. But the terrorists protend to be regular people and hide the bombs ( Read more... )

I totally agree with you.America should declare a war with Iraq.Do you read the news?Ive been reading,and it says that Bush is still debating whether to attack Iraq or not.I think he should!What about you?By the way....my mom showed me your journal.I'm in 6th grade,and I don't have a journal yet,but my mom will make me one soon!....You can call me ZB.

It's a hard choice to make because the time in war many people and kids die.I don't want people to die but i also want to stop the terrorism. I believe in my country and i hope we will stop the terrorism!

I know very little about politics. And I wish there were no politics or any kind of wars (including holy wars) in the world at all. Although I realize it sounds idealistic. But I really believe this is the way the world should be.
You are so young, Sasha, and alreay so compassionate and thoughtful.

Саша,мне очень жаль Аллен.Тупой робот-зомби забрал у нее и ее родителей радость и счастье.Нет места на Земле тем,кто покушается на жизнь человека.Я так считаю.Недавно на Бали-(это прекрасный курорт.Ты был в Тайланде,а Бали южнее) террористы взорвали бомбу в казино,погибло очень много людей,а ведь они приехали отдыхать.Это очень жутко.

The problem is much more deeper and complex. Frankly speaking, Israel is a terrorist state itself, which is confirmed by Unated Nations decision. I'm not "pro" or "contra" Israel or any other state. But I believe the problem must be solved at more deep and serious level, which takes more efforts and wisdom than just a war. If you kill people, you create new enimies. Theree friends, relatives, just people they know -- all of them becomes your enemy just because you kill only 1 (one!) person. It doesn't depend, how bad and dangarous this person were. For them -- he was NOT bad, he was NOT dangerous. So, the ONLY way to stop terrorism is to find COMMON LANGUAGE, to find a way not to make other people like you. Western culture is not better or worth than Eastern, Christianity not better or worth than Islam. They just DIFFERENT. And this is our task to make it possible to live in pease with other culture ( ... )

I totally agree with you no one is "the best". i really want to here the History of nation. I think knowing who's a friend is very important. But with out a friendship or peace on Earth we can't live. I dream about all the people getting along so there will be no terrorism.

SQUEEK- I have mixed feelings about war. I hate all the killing. But, if someone were to come into my home to hurt me or take anything of mine, I would fight them - isn't that war on a smaller scale? If a group of people tried to take control of my country and would hurt me or the people I love, I would fight also. I just don't know.
