Hey, law school stuff kicking in here...a big red flag. If your friend/boss is supposed to be paying you under the table then that should have been your first clue. Umm, taking stuff like that to SS wouldn't resolve much, it will go something like "My boss owes me X amount of money" S.S. will respond with "Prove it" You know what I mean?

If you like sign in, or clock in and stuff, that's great and all, but they aren't going to go to GREAT lengths to get you some mulah!~ Basically if 'buddy' here doesn't pay ya say 'a deals a deal'. Cause honestly this won't be able to go to court ... trust me, a'ight? (Don't ell him that tho, lol)

It's totally unfortunate that there is the possibility that this might happen, but honoestly, try to resolve it from every possible aspect before getting legal here, cause techinically he doesn't need to pay you ... 'under the table', not signing any papers ... you know?

you suck, be home more often so i can get a hold of you when i need to. lol. i have to work tomorrow. it sucks but it's only til five so come meet me after then comeover for mexican food? don't say no, i miss you too much.
