Sabah is such a unique place with the highest mountain in SEA, some of the best dive site of the world and the location of its airport! I was in Kota Kinabalu over the first weekend of 2006 and the highlight of the trip was at the end of the runway of Kota Kinabalu International Airport. My Air Asia flight from KK was delayed for about an hour. (thank God!) but to compensate, the attendant was like, you'll be going on a new airbus! "-_-

haha...lucky lah you! I was trapped in the deserted KLIA for 5 hours til flight at 3.30am.

You know what, KK airport wasn't ready for us when we supposed to land on 6am. We have to linger over Labuan airspace for more that 30 minutes before they landed at BKI on 6.30am. A 3 hours flight from KL to KK. Sigh...
