well, I DO believe in ghosts and this time of year is their most active... sounds like they want to be acknowledged more than anything!
On Halloween, set 'them' a place at your dinner table (an old halloween tradition you can explain and not freak out your kids but also a sign of respect for those past, a rememberance kind of thing) and also start just talking to the spirit... he'll chill once he knows you're aware and ok with him!
For whatever reason, ghosts, particularly playful or poltergeisty ones are attracted to the energy of teenage girls, so if K seems a little targeted, that's totally normal.
This has been a particularly 'active' year spirit-wise... kind of cool, heh!
I do believe in ghosts. I mean, when you turn around in your kitchen and see a little boy standing there in front of you it tends to solidify your beliefs. Have you had any upheavals in the house recently? It tends to stir them up

I'm undecided on whether or not I believe in ghosts. I try to be pragmatic about it and poltergeists make sense (to me) if you believe in the theory that they're not actually ghosts. Supposedly they're kinetic manifestations of extreme stress which is why they usually happen in homes with teenagers (because everything is more stressful when you add hormones :P).
That doesn't explain why high schools aren't plagued with poltergeists, but it makes more sense to me than anything else I've heard. I also think ESP might be real too, so YMMV.

That doesn't explain why high schools aren't plagued with poltergeists, but it makes more sense to me than anything else I've heard. I also think ESP might be real too, so YMMV.
