Oh damn... I so don't like these methods... sadly enough they seem to be the same at every contractor! Hopefully you will get your i-net back as soon as possible,

And you have whole seasons of CH? God, your lucky! :)

Yeah, so I heard. And to know that there's no difference when it comes to customer service is something that kinda helps me through... The oh so nice customer service just wrote the next chapter. I guess I will write another rant in a couple of minutes.

Ah... there are always ways to get hold of stuff like that ;P

Cheers,
Mel

I´m afraid to tell you that this is the way it works EVERYWHERE. Even in my beloved company.. Switching off is easy (even I can do this) - but turning on - huuuuuuuuge problem. Don´t ask me why - I don´t understand it. They already tried to explain it to me, but that was - sorry - bullshit.
Even I understood that the answer to my questiion was... nothing? Just bla bla without content.
Just some technical words to gag this anoying student, asking question which even we can´t answer. *grrrrrrrr*
Anyway. Hope you are soon back online.

And which arrogant provider didn´t give you an amount for the already paid fees?! We are highly forced to be accomodating with mistakes WE made - switching a provider is to easy today and every host need to keep the customer they HAVE. New ones are rare.. Stupid guys.

Okay, that was me, reading something that makes angry - because all this mistakes are avoidable. I hate this arrogant behaviour..

Love,

Brit
